Born and raised in southern Wisconsin, adopted by Minnesota and Iowa, Paul is a Mountain West roamer, a campfire strummer, and a folk ballad singer with a bit of country.

Paul began performing in 2011, and since then has performed his acoustic folk-country-blues on stages from Minneapolis to Taipei. Back in the USA after eight years in Taiwan, Paul is excited to share his new songs with English-speaking audiences.

Paul grew up surrounded by music; his mom played the organ at church and everybody was always singing. He has been influenced by nearly every genre, but was particularly moved by the indigenous singers of eastern Taiwan. All of these sounds filter through Paul's dynamic tenor voice.
